Maria Poblete.
Maria Lourdes Poblete is the lead consultant of True Gait LLC. She has acquired over 20 years of corporate experience in the field of Human Resources covering executive search, recruitment, training, organization development and consulting in a variety of industries and corporations both in the United States and Asia Pacific.
She takes on a global perspective in all her endeavors and is quite motivated by culturally diverse teams. One of her strongest competencies is her adaptability to different environments and her strong people skills. These were shaped by her extensive travels and living abroad, initially throughout the different islands in the Philippines conducting training & development as well as a volunteer for immersion programs, living in Japan and New York City, followed by other work stints: Sydney & Melbourne Australia, Canada and Europe.

Maria continues to undergo further training and exposure in the industry to refine her coaching and consulting competencies. She was registered for the 9th annual EAHAE (European Association for Horse Assisted Education) International Conference.

Experience.
Maria has always been involved in numerous youth volunteer roles as well as in professional facilitative projects. She takes most pride in co-founding an enrichment program called “girls to Greatness” or “g2G!,” for an all girls elementary school. At g2G, Maria helped design and conduct a module-based curriculum that provides life skills to the students.
Maria also guides professionals in career choices, job search efforts through visioning workshops or one-on-one mentoring, resume and interview preparation. She has used a horse assisted approach in her own coaching work as volunteer facilitator with an organization called “The Spirit of Leadership" based in Novelty, Ohio.
